All our chocolates are handmade in small batches.
Each bonbon is handcrafted with the finest couverture chocolate, freshly roasted nuts, home-ground spices and luscious fillings.
We emphasize on preservative-free and alcohol-free chocolates with no palm oil/hydrogentated fats or artificial flavors/additives. Our chocolates are also completely eggless.
Due to the presence of cocoa butter, couverture chocolate may develop a ‘bloom’ (white hue). Bloomed chocolates are perfectly safe to eat and taste the same.
Ideally, chocolates should be stored between 16-18 Degrees Celcius (60-64.5 F) with a relative humidity of 40-60 %.

Chocobrosia's Treasure Collection is a bespoke gift with 2 layers of 10 Eid Delicacies each. The top tray has 10 fine dates stuffed with premium nuts such as pistachios, cashew, almonds and pecan (Date weight approx 180 grams); whilst the bottom tray has 10 Eid chocolates complete with oysters, nut platters and tastefully wrapped napolitains.
