All our chocolates are handmade in small batches.
Each bonbon is handcrafted with the finest couverture chocolate, freshly roasted nuts, home-ground spices and luscious fillings.
Our artisanal mithais/ladoos are handcrafted with clean ingredients such as in-house nut butters, A2 ghee, dates, coconut sugar and jaggery.
Due to the presence of cocoa butter, couverture chocolate may develop a ‘bloom’ (white hue). Bloomed chocolates are perfectly safe to eat and taste the same.
Ideally, chocolates should be stored between 16-18 Degrees Celcius (60-64.5 F) with a relative humidity of 40-60 %.
