Chocobrosia operates an electronic commerce (hereinafter referred to as “ecommerce” platform (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) used by Chocobrosia users (“users”) to facilitate ecommerce. Chocobrosia understands the importance of its users’ privacy, as well as the importance of maintaining confidentiality of users’ personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products and services provided by Chocobrosia and sets out the collection of, use of, and disclosure of, information in relation to users of the Site. • Verifying your eligibility to register as a user of the Site;

If any terms of this Policy is declared or found to be unenforceable, illegal, or void, the remainder of this Privacy Policy shall not be affected by such declaration or finding and is capable of substantial performance, then each term not affected shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law or shall be modified only to the extent necessary to allow such term to remain legally valid and enforceable.

The terms of this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes, controversies, or difference which may arise between you and Chocobrosia, out of, in relation to or in connection with this, Privacy Policy, is hereby submitted irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in the UAE to the exclusion of any other courts.

We may update this Policy at any time, with updates taking effect immediately when the updated Policy is posted to the website.

You agree that any information we hold about you (as described in this Privacy Policy and whether or not collected prior to or after the new Privacy Policy became effective) will be governed by the latest version of the Policy.
